(and why it took
losing Mum to do it)
I'm Jefrina. I've spent 25 years in banking and business strategy. I thought I ws the most organised person I knew.
Then Mum passed away, and I became the executor of her estate. I realised that even someone who plans for a living can leave behind chaos - not because they're disorganised, but because no one ever sat down and mapped it all out in one place.
